Hello everyone, I was recently told that my William RICH (b. 4 June 1814 - d. 9 Nov. 1856 in Wayne Co., TN) was the son of a Peter RICH (b. ca 1770 in Orange Co., NC) and Elizabeth GARRET (b. ca 1770). Peter was the son of a Thomas REICH (b. ca 1730 in Germany - died 1780 in SC) and Susannah NEU (b. ca 1730 - d. aft. 1792 Orange Co, NC). William RICH was married about 1835 around Hamilton Co., TN to Susannah HAFLEY (b. 22 Aug. 1814 in TN). Can anyone confirm or disprove that William RICH was the son of Peter RICH? Thanks. Jerry W.
