    3. Hi Sandy, Yes I have found Capt James Brown & daughter Martha in Duck Creek cemetery & believe this is the correct James Brown but do not have definite proof as yet. Locating her on the 1850 census is new to me. I would love to know any more of the details on this. This could very well be my Lucy as my great grandfather's middle name is Atwood & we have no idea where it came from! Also I do not have an exact birthdate so this definitely could be her!
