Charlie, Yes, RFA membership is for a calender year. If you join now we will try to make sure you get the spring and summer issues of Kinfolk. I don't know if that is a part of the constitution, by-laws or just general policy. Just in case other RFA members haven't noticed, year 2000 dues are due. Check your mailing label. if the last number on the top line is 1999, that is the last year for which dues have been paid. If it is 1998 you will not be receiving the fall/winter Kinfolk unless you pay up. If you think our records are wrong, let us know. Dick Rich - President, Rich Family Association
