Question: Is membership in the RFA on a calendar basis of Jan-Jan, or if one subscribes in Sept, then membership is Sept-Sept? I am "brick-walled" at my ggrandfather, David Rich, born NC c.1805, married 1827 in Rutherford County, NC to Rhody Hains. David was a Baptist minister. Moved to Burke County, NC prior to 1850 where he appears in the Census with wife Rhody and 10 children. The youngest, Eli Rich, born, 1850 is my grandfather. Can anyone help? Charles E.
