For Lena Seng: The Spring 2000 issue of Kinfolk spells out that individual past issues can be ordered for $1.75 each plus $1.00 P&H. They also show prices for all of the issues published in defined blocks of years. The problem there appears to be that the time span for that series of articles crosses two of those blocks.
