I am looking for information on the parents of Thomas REYNOLDS b. 1770 in Edgefield Dist. South Carolina. He died in 1835 possibly in Meriwhether County Ga. The family stopped in Twiggs County Georgia before resettling in Meriwhether. I believe Thomas's parents may have been Thomas and Elizabeth.. Thomas REYNOLDS and Hannah LEWIS were perhaps his grandparents. My Thomas married Nancy HARRIS the daughter of James HARRIS. Thomas and Nancy were married in 1809. Some of their sons were William Lewis, George, Alexander, Patrick, and Charles Jackson which was the father of my 2ndgreatgrandmother Martha Alice "Queen" Oates.
