I'm in the NW corner of PA. My family (Elijah Reynolds) on my father's side probably came from England but lived in Port Deposit, Maryland. About 12 Reynolds' are buried in the cemetery there. There is another family of Reynolds there at the same time - I don't know if there is any relation between the two families. One of Elijah's sons married an App whose family donated the land on which Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania was built. See below. I have some photos of paintings of Elijah and Eliza I can scan and post when I have time. The paintings were lost and I'd love to have them back or see that they are in the hands of other descendants. I can post a list of my family births and deaths when I can find everything. (I may be moving in a few weeks so everything is packed in anticipation.) I'd sure like to find some family; my only living relative is my father. Reynolds is my maiden name, I've never changed it. Here's what I have: Elijah Reynolds, b. Sept. 5, 1796, d. Mar. 1869 married Eliza Edmonson Reynolds b. Jan. 9, 1800, d. May 30, 1879 I'm a descendent of their son: William Wesley Reynolds, who married Catherine App, Selinsgrove PA (Susquehanna U.): Their son John Louis Reynolds married Florence Helene Koller in Jersey City, New Jersey, 1906 and had my father, Wesley Louis Reynolds 2-10-1920.
