I had been wondering if he could be a brother to my NOAH MILBURN REYNOLDS b. 1808 in either Pleasants Co. Va or Russell Co. Noah moved to Millstone, Letcher in 1850's. I believe his oldest son William Henry/Matilda Baker moved first. If you have a possible sibling list for Joseph I would apreciate it also. Thank you Christine
