Hamilton Reynolds was born October 3, 1761, in Anson County, North Carolina; when eight years of age, he moved with his father to Orange County, North Carolina, lived there four years; then moved to Montgomery County, same state, lived there for sometime; then moved Wilkes County, Georgia.
