I believe Eliza is daughter of Richard Reynolds b. abt. 1802 in GA, and wife Fanny b. about 1803 in GA. (as per 1850 Graves census). There are early Reynolds in Graves on the 1824 Tax List; specifically Richard, and a Frances who I believe is probably Richard's mother. My (unproven) theory is that the line is a Joseph and Frances Reynolds who came to western KY prob. abt. 1805, lived 1st in Muhlenberg, then Hopkins, and then in Caldwell where Joseph seems to have died around 1822. Seems that Frances and children may have then moved on to Graves. I believe Joseph is connected with Pittsylvania/Henry Co. VA Reynolds who spent a generation or so in Oglethorpe/Wilkes Co. GA before moving to western KY.
