Hi my name is Carollee Reynolds. I have been trying to work through my brick wall with my ancestor RUFUS C REYNOLDS born approx 1820 Upper Canada. I believe that he might be son of PELEG REYNOLDS and PHOEBE VAUGHAN. Peleg was born in Hancock MA , I think he be the son of Clark Reynolds and Anna Reynolds ( 1st cousins). Clarks' Parents were James Reynolds and Suzannah Clark of Hancock Ma. Rufus married Sarah Marriah Morits (abenaki indian) and had children: John, Clark, George, Rueben, Oscar, Andrew , Charles, Phoebe, Melissa, and Mary. The places that Rufus and sarah had children was Chazy Ny, St. Armand Quebec , Upper Canada and Franklin VT.
