I thought I would pass along the news (for anyone researching Daniel Reynolds of Knox County / Whitley County, Ky.) that we have an exact match on all 25 markers on the Reynolds DNA project. Another researcher tested and matched my Uncle Simon Reynolds (descended from Daniel) on all 25 markers. I did the 37 marker test on my uncle but the other Reynolds researcher just did the 25. The other researcher (not sure if he wants to be identified but he'll let us know if he does) can trace his line back to Nathaniel Reynolds, b. abt 1700 in Virginia. This will require some researching but it looks promising. There is a Daniel Reynolds b. 1771 in that line according to the LDS Family History Library records. More later.
