William's sister, Rebecca, married Jonathan Rice, and they all went to Indiana together. Have you tried the Montgomery County GenWeb site? It has a lot of historical information concerning their trip from Ky to In and how William went down the Wabash during the War of 1812. I have other tidbits of information, but one of the most important (and confusing) is that it lists Rebecca's last name as Runnels on her marriage certificate. However, hers and William's are Reynolds from then on. Please let me know if you find their parents.
