Yes, Michele. I'm a participant in the Reynolds DNA project. I submitted my line yesterday (Nathaniel Reynolds, b. c1770 in Bedford Co., VA. According to Tillman's book Nathaniel was descended from immigrant Christopher Reynolds through an all-Virginia line. I've had two close matches in the DNA project, with probability there's a common ancestor in the 1600's or 1700's. Both matches trace their ancestry to NC or TN, suggesting that Tillman's pedigree may be wrong. The more surname Reynolds males who participate, the better we can sort out early American pedigrees accurately, and I certainly recommend participation. I'd especially like to see someone enroll who has a proved lineage to immigrant Christopher Reynolds. Michele's email has the link to the project, but anyone who's interested can contact me direct.
