Do not have much information. Marah was born in Michigan according to husband death record. She married Amos Ashley and lived in I believe either Barry or Eaton County Michigan all her life. Hi, I am looking for more information about a John Reynolds that was born in 1841 in Derry county Ireland. He came to the US aboard the Columbia and landed at Castle Garden on Christmas Day 1867. His Brother Hugh also came to the US at a later date but his Mother, Father and several of their children did not. The info I want is more on what is behind John Reynolds as in grandparents etc. This is what I have so far: John Reynolds ( died in Woods county Ohio) father is John Reynolds who died after he was at least 88 years of age his wife was Eliza Carr they had 11 children who in birth order were: John born 1841 in Ireland ( died in Ohio) James a merchant of Coleraine Ireland Hugh ( a farmer of Portage Township wood county Ohio) Nancy a widow of Robert Hutton William of Ireland Sarah ( in Ireland) Robert and Matthew ( In Ireland and possible twins ?) Mary J and Eliza ( in Ireland and they are twins the former was Mrs. Robert Mc Carty and the latter Mrs. John W Boyd of the County Antrim Ireland) and somewhere there is a missing child because the book I have says she had 11 children and only 10 are listed. I have found another generation back from Minerva Reynolds (1839-1906). Thomas jr., Thomas Sr., Noah Reynolds, born in England 1720. Died before 1790 in Frederick County, Maryland. This book covers newspaper articles, wedding, deaths, mini biographies, court records, cemetery records for most of the cemeteries in Medina Co., and much more.. from as early as 1830's to 1911. Deadend.:-( My mother was Carol Kay White, born in Denver Colorado. Her mother was Margaret May Reynolds, born in Grand Island, Nebraska married to Obert Newton White from Denver, Colorado. His father was William Newton White who was married to Roxanna Morse from Decatur, Illinois. My gramma Margaret's father was Jewett Alverd Reynolds (from Monona, Iowa) and his father was James Alverd Reynolds (from Centerville Indiana) who was married to Catherine Booher. His second wife was Pauline Renas immigrated 1870 who was from Berlin, Germany. She had a son prior to marrying Antone. His name was Max he was born in Berlin too but came to America as a baby. Hi list. I`m trying to find dewscendants of a Jean L. Sappenfield who by marriage became Jean L. Reynolds ,born in Missouri 23 Jul 1917 ,and died 27 Sep 1989 (but unfortunately don`t know where). >From her mother`s obit I can see that she lived in Seattle ,WA 1973 ,and that she in 1973 had 1 son and 3 grandchildren.
