Hi, all We have had many interesting messages with a great deal of Renshaw information posted to the list. I am sure we are all appreciative of the time and energy contributors have expended in sharing their data and sources. A few messages, unfortunately, have sounded a bit "snippy". This is very discouraging to the people who are posting. My suggestion is, if we want to criticize a person's post, or ask for clarification, or ask the individual to expand on the post, that we do so off list. If the recipient of the off-list message thinks the suggestion is a good one, he or she can post (to the whole list) an appropriate message incorporating the suggestion and a response. Sometimes we get so focused on our research, we forget that there is a human being with feelings involved at the other end of the message we are about to send..... Eleanor
