Hello Doris, In answer to your question: As far as I know the book is no longer available for purchase. When I, discovered it's existence through and LDS Library catalog search, several years ago. I was very disappointed to find the book was non circulating. I put in a request to LDS to microfilm it. Request was denied, as I now know due to copyright laws. At that point I wrote to the publisher, was in formed author was deceased, book no longer in publication.The library of congress has a copy. Lots of luck with that one! It is also my understanding there maybe copies in some library's through out the states. Most likely would be those in TN. Several months back, Daniel small (hello Daniel) shared a copy of a letter from a fellow researcher. MS Virginia Lawrence, she had suggested he obtain a copy .
