Renshaw, 79, of 1081 South St., Pottstown, - a native of Phoenixville and former Pottstown borough employee for 25 years, died Saturday night in Pottstown Memorial Hospital, where he had been a patient for 16 days. Mr. Renshaw was a gauge inspector at the sewage disposal plant on Moser Road, until retiring a year ago. He also worked at the former McClintock-Marshall Steel Co. 1 Mr. Renshaw was a son of the late Isaac and Ellen (Condy) Renshaw, and moved to Pottstown 36 years ago. He was the husband of Elizabeth A. (Greenover) Renshaw, and a member of Christ Episcopal Surviving besides his widow are two daughters, Eleanor R., wife of Millie J. DeBlase, of 849 South St., Pottstown, and Elizabeth G., wife of Edward G. Cregor, of Charlotte and Mervine St., Pottstown; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth G. Moody, of Drexel Hill. Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. from the Christ Episcopal Church. The Rev. George A. Lineker, rector, will officiate and burial will be in Morris cemetery, 'Phoenixville. The Houck Funeral Home, 112 North Washington St., Pottstown, is In charge of arrangements.
