Hello John, Someone has done some research on them. Go to http://www.ancestry.com and type in Ann Polk and MD for Maryland. Click on Ancestry World Tree entries for ANN POLK. It's a "Free" database you can use. The second entry are the both of them with his parents, her parents and both marriages are listed.
