Greetings, I'm new to this list so I thought it a good time to post my Reed 'brickwall'. I'm looking for information about the ancestry of a Rachel Reed (b 1786, dc 1835). She was married to Joseph Bonnell Sturgis on Nov 16, 1805 in Basking Ridge, Somerset Co., NJ. Any information on the Reed/Reid families of 18th century Somerset Co., NJ would be especially helpful.
