My g-ggrandfather was born in South Carolina about 1799. His son Joseph Reid was born in Alabama about 1825. I know that they came from the line of Reid Brothers from Pendleton District. I think the wife of g-ggrandfather was Isabella Baskins Reid but can't decide which son is my line of Reid's. Maybe Joseph is the son of Joseph? Hope we can move this brick wall a few inches.
