He had at least 4 sons - my Grandmother talked about uncles Jim, Arthur and Harold. Her father, i.e. James's son, was John Henry REID who married Fanny Harriet CAREY. They lived on a small holding between Kyeburn and Kokonga. They had three children Alfie (who died about 1919), Frances Ethel (1908-2006 - my grandmother), and John Henry (Jack) who died in 1941 in El Alamein. I had placed Bridget O'Donnell arriving on a boat (the Pomond) in 1876 and marrying later that year, rather than in 1875. I may have this wrong - what was the source of your info?
