You should go back to Kaye and have her produce a GEDCOM especially for PAF. FTM has so many peculiarities that are not recognized by PAF and if the GEDCOM is not produced specifically for PAF there will indeed be many errors. Even when Produced specifically for PAF there will still be some errors.
