My New Year's resolution is to find the ancestors of my great-grandmother, MARTHA ANNA REID who was born c1840 in Drogheda. Her father was JOHN REID, a gamekeeper who according to family stories was the land steward at Beau Park, which I understand is now part of the Slane Castle Estate. Meath Ireland Parish Records Parish of Slane, County Meath Ireland 1802 includes the following two Reid families at Carrickdexter (which was once near Slane) Reid Andrew, head; Anne, wife; David, son; John, son; Peter, son; Esther, daughter; Andrew, son Reid John, head; Martha, wife; Eliz, daughter; John, son Would anyone on the list have any connection with these Reid families which I feel may help with my research.
