Jim, Please clarify timeframe and location. Is Upper Canada from the 1800's, northern Quebec+? I am looking for relatives of Martin REID and his wife Bridget TAHANY who lived in Ste. Sophie, Terrebonne County, Quebec in the 1800's. It is about 50 miles NE of Montreal near St.Jerome [12 miles east].
