Hi List, I'm looking for the family of my Grandfather Walter Monro Reid, born 3 Nov 1878, Moundsville, Marshall County, West Virginia; married Willie Josephine Mercer April 1904 Muskingum County, Ohio. According to my mother, his father was John Waugh Peeden Reid, a judge in West Virginia. Grandpa, Walter M. Reid, was reportedly given an appointment to West Point which he declined (why, I have no clue). Any help will by appreciated. Margaret in Oregon
