I got the info from a man named Art Reid, who got the info from Larry Reid, who wrote a book about his ancestors. He descends from Thomas Reid and Judith Bryant. Thomas was the son of William R. Reid and Jane Anderson Reid. He mentioned the name of the lady he got the pages from, but I can't remember at the moment. He also tells a good bit about Joseph and William and he lists his sources. Larry mentioned the book on Nathan Reid, but I don't think he went into any detail as he was mostly writing about his direct line. If you will e-mail me direct, I will give you the address where you can access Larry Reid's book on the Reids and and Allied families. You mentioned that there was a bit of document info on William Reid and Jane Anderson as well as Nathaniel Reid and Elizabeth Clayton. Could you tell me how I can access that info.
