I don't believe there should be a problem changing the name of the person taking the test to that of the brother. David or I could work that out with FamilyTreeDNA. It wouldn't make any difference in the price of the kit. I think my kit arrived in about four or five days after I ordered it. David Leroux may know if the kit can be sent overnight if needed. However, that would probably cost extra if FamilyTreeDNA was willing to do that. I hope this answers your questions. Maybe David has some thoughts on this.
