Hi my name is Ellie I am new to this, but my Great-Grandmother was Ellen Reeves of Ireland- her husband was Frank Colman of Boston Mass- born in 1867, they Married and moved to Yuma Arizona-where my Grandfather Paul Colman was born-then they re-located to San Francisco California where my Grandfather served at Angel Island in the Us Regular Army and met my Grandmother Blanche Noble, if anyone knows anything of Ellen Reeves I would like to know, I do not know anything more about her, I only have a copy of a 1919 Marraige license with both sets of Great grandparents on it. Ellie--You might start by trying the 1870 US Census for MA to see if you can locate the families of Frank and Ellen. If you find them, move forward and back with Census records to see what you can learn about the families. Then check for death records of parents for their parents names and maiden names. That will give you a start.
