I have gone over my notes [AGAIN] and This from cousin , Lynn Laster , "A Reeves family researcher and descendant of the Hickman County Reeves, Edward Pace, has conducted an excellent analysis on the ancestry of the first Reeves families to settle in Hickman County. " { L - they were in TN c 1815 / 1817 until c 1858/9 when they moved to KY} my JOHN would be a brother to your William, sons of WILLIAM Reeves. 1. WILLIAM was born about 1690 prob VA and died in 1751 in Granville Co, N C, 2. .JOHN [ # I or Sr] was the son of WILLIAM Reeves from Granville Co, N C and was born about 1716 in Granville Co. and died after 1790 in Granville Co. N C married Sarah Thompson. 3. JOHN [ # II or Jr] was born about 1752 in Granville Co. and died prior to 1820, probably in South Carolina. Married a SARAH [unk] 4.
