Dear Listers, I am feeling humble today and happy. The fact that my nephew Stephen Reeves� DNA was a 25 point match immediately is wonderful. The real bonus is to be a closer cousin to Barry Reeves. He is a fine person and has been helpful to me for several years. If anyone knows anything about William Reeves who married Elizabeth Lawson and a possible second marriage to another lady named Elizabeth who might have been the mother of Thompson Reeves b. 1799 I would appreciate so much hearing. A few years ago someone I was corresponding with sent me copies of handwritten notes concerning the settlement of William�s estate. It would have been after his first wife�s death I believe. There was a reference to Widow Reeves several times. The documentation of what each child received from their father at any previous time from bowl and spoon to gray mare was extensive. It told what they were given for their wedding and what they were entitled to now. One statement referred to a son who was deceased and it required a statement from Elizabeth Reeves and Elizabeth Glover the daughter as to what that son had received. My Thompson would have been about 22 at that time. There was no mention of him. I am open to learning what I need to change if I can only find the facts. Thank you. Tommie
