I am descended from Thomas1Reeve of Southold, L.I. I would like to participate in the DNA testing, not so much as to determine my lineage (there seems to be little doubt that he is my ancestor), but to add my data to the DNA info on the Reeve family. I would also like to know if there is anyone registered who is descended from James2, the son of either Thomas1 or James1 to compare our results. My recent research has concluded that it is possible, in terms of the two family split suggested by Wesley Baker,that James1 would not have been the brother of Thomas1(this is a working theory only), so a comparison of DNA would perhaps be revealing.
