Tommie and others, I checked out the unit that my Rufus Marion Griffin fought with during the Civil War and found Archibald Reeves and Thomas Reeves in the same "unit"--the 1st Alabama Cavalry, which, as a Northerner, I'm happy to say was on the Union side. I think Archibald may be the brother of Tommie's "Thompson". What do you think, Tommie? Also, do you know which unit Archibald and Thompson fought in?
