Chris, I appreciate your feedback and ideas. I think you are correct about the root . I also think they may not be ready for variations in the lab that does the work for us as you mentioned. I wanted to see if someone knew for sure or could ask someone who did. Discussing it might get some change to begin. If the females could go up a couple of generations and pick up some specimen of Grand Dad's DNA it would be a real improvement for those who could be tested. Fortunately for me I had a brother and although he was deceased his son, Stephen, was able to step up and be tested for our line. Otherwise I would be agonizing over the fact that I could not participate. Thanks again.
