    1. Re: [REEVES] Reeves Line
    2. Chuck, I urge you to consider joining the DNA project on the Reeves List. You see my line stopped with me and I had to hunt up a first or second cousin that would be willing to take the test for me at my expense of course. ( It was my idea and really for benefit). They will store you DNA for 25 years and if you want to extend the test with what they learn later you can. They have already extended it from 25 markers to 37 if you want to have that. Please think about it. It will be around form years to help a lot of researchers. Go to this site and it is the Reeves DNA project with a link to sign up and shows you what is done. However if you want to visit the site it is FTDNA and it will give you all the information you need. _http://www.familytreedna.com/_ (http://www.familytreedna.com/) We'd love for you to join us. I had just about given up hope and what fascinates me is that you say you have my ancestors down to my grandfather. I wonder where you got that information. All of Washington's descendents that we are aware of claim to have no knowledge of William's ancestors. It will be great to see what you have. I am the last male in Sherman's line and he was the only male to survive long enough to have a family. So it would appear the direct Reeves line stops with me. We live outside Cincinnati OH having moved here about eight years ago from New Jersey. Great to hear from you. Chuck Reeves
