I thought I was trying to tie back to this Jesse b. 1760 through his son Coleman that is listed in several trees. I've even taken the DNA test. But if this Jesse b. 1760 died in Ashe Co. N. C. in 1833 and not Jasper Co. Ga. in 1815, then who are these descendents who are getting married in and around Jasper Co. in the early 1800's. I will soon post to the list a long list of early Ga. marriages by Co. and date as soon as I get it typed up. Can any one furnish me with the correct names of the ancestor and descendents of this Jesse and is he the son of Malachi b. 1737 the son of James b. abt. 1703? Good luck with the clean up.
