Reeves Have you looked in Buncombe Co? I have been doing research in that area and there were Reeves and several variations of the spelling in deeds court and tax records. Parts of Buncombe became Madison County in I believe about 1850. The problem with Buncombe is the courthouse was burned 3 times so some records are missing.
