In looking at the 1830 census in Ohio Meigs. There is a Hugh Irwin age 40 to 50 with 2 females age 5 to 10 In 1830 Sarah would have been 5 years of age. Also on the page were many Reeves families. My bet would be on this Hugh Irwin.. In 1850 it says members of these families were born in Pa. So was Ruben Reeves. Maybe they traveled to Ohio together.
