Beulah, Cave Springs is a suburb of Rome Ga. in Floyd Co. Ga. I do know that there were a number of Reeves people there. Some were of the family of a Jeremiah B. Reeves. I don't have much in the way of details of him. I was interested in it for a time but couldn't get it to come together. Have you found something ? Perhaps a connection to Jeremiah B. Reeves? If you have I will go back and look at old notes.
