Looking for any information on my great uncle's family. George J Reeves was born in 1828 in Kentucky - In 1850 he was living in Posey County and married Caroline Downey (unsure of correct spelling). Caroline was born 1830 in Indiana. They also lived in Gibson County. George died between 1871 and 1880. George and Carolyn had eight children: John W - born about 1852 James W - born about 1854 Permelia - born 1857 and died young George N - born 1859 and died young E Elmer or Elmer E - born about 1862 Ada - born 1867 and died at age of 14 Namie (as listed on the census) - born 1870 Joseph H - born 1872 and is my great uncle by marriage. Who are George's or Caroline's parents? Where did any of the kids go?? No direct link to do the DNA testing -- so help!!!!! Thank you, Sandra Johnson
