Interesting. !!! My grandmother was also Ida Belle Reeves, b 1870 Scott Co Mo, daughter of Thomas N. Reeves and Mary Frances Chapman. She married Walter Berry Dillingham . However, I don't know of any connection to James T. Reeves who married Elizabeth Holtzhouser. Ida Belle did have a brother James who died age 2 in 1875. Dunklin Co is one county southwest of Scott Co and there were Reeves' there in that vicinity. Both Samuel and Sarah Reeves died sometime between 1870 and 1880 and their two youngest sons Henry and William Reeves are living with James and Elizabeth Reeves as nephews in the 1880 census of Dunklin County, MO.
