Good news is you can order these from the arkansas health dept and i bet you guessed.. when someone starts out with "good news is" there will be bad news.. Arkansas didnt start keeping records on this till about 1914.. after which its spotty for a few.. people i KNOW they should have they dont.. so you probably will have mixed luck HAve in front of me a clipping from the van buren county democrat "Lexington News Notes" with the obit for Lilie Watts Reeves, wife of Pleasant ANDREW Reeves II (b. 1894), son of WIlliam Green Reeves (abt 1872) and Grandson of the original pleasant andrew (abt 1852).
