Does anyone have REED's who lived in Tipton Co., Indiana ? (Who might have ancestors from Virginia) I would appreciate hearing from anyone, as a help in researching my NATHAN REED, whose daughters Melinda and Amanda REED (b OH) married brothers Mahlon and Eli Anderson BAILEY in the early 1850's in TIPTON CO., INDIANA. Melinda and Amanda REED's other possible siblings are: -Hannah E. REED, m Alexander RIDGEWAY 1855, Tipton Co., IN -Nathan REED, b abt 1834 VA, shoemaker by trade -Norris REED b abt, m Achsah (Unknown) The Bailey's had Quaker roots and had migrated from VA.The two REED-BAILEY couples migrated to Morristown, Rice., Co., MN and then on to Sentinel Butte, Golden Valley, ND.
