Does anyone out there have a William who was born in (or near) Wingfield Eng; 08/01/1840? He was supposed to have had 8 siblings and I have never found any of themÂ… He and his wife ( Maria) and son (William) emigrated to the US about 1899. William was going to retire to a farm in Sandusky County, OH, having been on the sea for his entire working life to that point. His son, William Thomas was born 06/14/1866.
