In reference to the following email I found on Rootsweb. I have a James Reed in De Soto MS 1840 and a A.G. Reed. Arthur G. Reed and James B. Reed I believe to be brothers and I think they married Robinson girls. Please email me if this is your family. It has turned out that James was the one on the list. Other than John Howard Reed, I only know of one brother which was William. William was a few years older.
