Looking for information on Ruby Reed, father Winnie,Mother Martha married 1 st husband Clyde L. Ray and then married a man surname Neel. All of this took place in Vernon County, Nevada Missouri. Ruby is still alive living in Moore-Few Care Center Nevada Missouri. Winnie Reed was a very prominent man in Nevada Missouri, till his death in 1978 when I think Ruby inherited most of it.
