My maternal g-grandfather, Andrew Jackson Reed was b. 5/27/1828 in Claremont, Sullivan Co., NH, (apparently resided in Lowell, Mass. sometime prior to 1858) died 1/24/1913 Eldora, Hardin Co., IA. His brother, Benjamin Franklin Reed, was b. 11/9/1825 also in Claremont, died 11/18/1889 also in Hardin Co., IA. We believe their parents were John [b.1795/96, NH] & Martha (Alcott) [b.1796/97, NH] Reed, however, this is unconfirmed. I would appreciate any information you could give me on this Reed branch.
