Have been looking, for years, info re John Reed, a "well-to-do farmer in Morgan County, Ohio." He was my husband's ggrandfather; he had several daughters and one son, Robert, b 1853, m 1874, in Morgan County. Don't know that he lived in PA or Maine; don't know anything about him but sure would like to learn! Haven't looked at a map yet to see where Hardin County, OH is either. I understand he came here from Ireland, never contacted his family there. If anyone has a clue, would love to hear it.
