I am looking for parents of Willie Pollard born reportedly in Wake County, married Ann DAVIS in 1816 in Granville Co., died in Granville Co. in 1860. Major Pollard is one of the possible fathers for him. I have a note in my database that Major Pollard appears in the LDS Ancestral File as AF number HH2F-N0, born before 1769, Wake Co. NC. I didn't incorporate the information into my database yet, and don't have my paper copy handy, but if you're pursuing this family, this might be worth checking.
