James Clarence Reavis was born in 1851 he is son of Alexander(Sandy) Reavis Gunsmith and brother to John both of Oldtown (Reavis Town) Aka Galax, Virginia. It appears James was born or lived in Madison county Nebraska and married a Sarah Walker (I have pictures and would like history). How did he get to Nebraska and what was his ocupation. No one seems to know about these people but they are in the book. James is my great grandfather and his son is Fred Harding my grandfather who died young in 1913.
